The first month costs £999, paid upfront, followed by £999 per month. There is no setup fee. The subscription continues until cancelled in accordance with the membership terms.

No. Identifying potentially unbilled work does not establish that a client legally owes the amount or will pay it. Your firm remains responsible for checking contracts, validating records and deciding whether an invoice is appropriate.
